TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALE OR QUOTATIONS OF PRODUCTS

By accepting and approving the quote provided by Coronado-TI Soluciones Tecnológicas, the client expressly agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Acceptance and No Returns: Once the quote is approved, confirmed in writing or electronically by the client, no returns of products or cancellations of orders will be accepted, unless Coronado-TI Soluciones Tecnológicas explicitly states otherwise in writing. The approval of the quote implies an irrevocable commitment to purchase by the client.
  2. Waiver of Alternative Terms: The customer explicitly waives their own standard terms and conditions, even if these are drafted after the present terms and conditions of sale. Any exception must be agreed upon in writing and in advance by both parties to be valid.
  3. Payment Terms: Our invoices are payable within 21 business days following their issuance, unless another payment term is clearly specified on the invoice or in the purchase order. In the event of non-payment upon maturity, Coronado-TI Soluciones Tecnológicas reserves the right to apply a fixed interest rate of 10% on the total outstanding amount. Additionally, the company may suspend any provision of services or delivery of products without prior notice in the event of payment delays.

If payment remains pending after sixty (60) days from the due date, Coronado-TI Soluciones Tecnológicas may resort to external collection services, with all legal and recovery costs being fully borne by the client.

  1. Tax Withholdings: Some countries apply withholding taxes at source on the amount of invoices according to their local legislation. These withholdings will be the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid by them to the corresponding tax authorities. Coronado-TI Soluciones Tecnológicas will not assume any costs arising from the tax legislation of the client's country. The invoiced amount must be paid in full to Coronado-TI Soluciones Tecnológicas.
  2. Provision of Services: Coronado-TI Technology Solutions is committed to making its best efforts to provide efficient services within the agreed deadlines. However, none of its obligations shall be interpreted as an obligation to achieve specific results. Coronado-TI Technology Solutions cannot be required as a third party in lawsuits for damages filed by end consumers against the client.
  3. Claims: To be considered admissible, any claim related to the products or services delivered must be formally notified by certified letter sent to the legal address of Coronado-TI Soluciones Tecnológicas within eight (8) days following the delivery or provision.
  4. Applicable Jurisdiction: All contractual relationships between Coronado-TI Soluciones Tecnológicas and the client will be governed exclusively by the current legislation in Bolivia.

By approving the quote provided by Coronado-TI Soluciones Tecnológicas, the client declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the present terms and conditions of sale.
